This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms here.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.



WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All times shown are from when we dispatch your order, Not from when the order was placed.

Custom items will generally take longer to produce, so will have longer dispatch times, you will be kept updated via email for these orders.

 

Small items:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 Business Days) - £1.30

Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Business Days) - £2

 

Standard Items:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 Business Days) - £3.40

Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Business Days) - £4.50

 

Large Items:

Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class (3-5 Business Days) - £6.45

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class (1-2 Business Days) - £8.50


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made
within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Outside of the UK, we currently offer shipping to USA, Canada and Europe.

More locations may be added in the future.

For some of our items we offer un-tracked postage to lower the cost to the customer.

We do recommend choosing the tracked option as we cannot be held responsible for your item being lost in transit.

Prices vary greatly dependant the part of the world your are located.

Accurate prices based on your location will be shown once your address is added at checkout.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no
control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders will only ship on business days, which for us are Monday - Friday (Excluding UK bank holidays).


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
